We take privacy and the protection of personal information seriously. This Privacy Policy sets out details about how we collect, use, and share personal information and about your rights. How we use personal information depends upon the context in which it is made available to us.

This Privacy Policy DOES NOT apply to the information that we collect offline or on any of our other websites; or that is collected by any third-party application or website, even if the link to it is accessible through us.

About Us

This Privacy Policy applies to visitors of our website located at https://www.woowell.ai/ (the Website) who view only publicly-available content (the 'Visitors'); and users of our Website and Mobile App “WooWell” (the 'App') who download and register (the 'User').

    Our Website or App works in the following way to allow Users to generate personalized 'profiles':
  1. Beta Sign Ups open for 5000 Users at $30 per annum.
  2. User makes payment and sign up for beta.
  3. Post Payment Users will all be sent welcome emails and asked to share their details.
  4. Users will share:
    • 10-15 photos
    • Your activities/ interests for this you will receive a welcome email with a specified options list from which you can select or add new options.
    • Type of persona you want to portray for this you will receive a welcome email with a specified options list from which you can select or add new options.
    • You may also provide the age, gender, and any other details.
  5. We will share back the generated photos, bios and necessary text needed for you to edit your profiles.
  6. We will also share an URL at which Users can ask for chat suggestions. Each User shall be provided with a unique URL.
  7. We do not use your personal information to generally train and/or create our separate artificial intelligence/ products.

To facilitate your profile, you might provide us information about your gender and age. This information is used solely to generate the profile in accordance with the indicated information. We do our best to generate your profiles however, it is still possible that you may encounter content that you may see as inappropriate for you.

Definitions

Why We Collect Personal Information

  1. To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us in relation to the Website or App (e.g., the Terms of Use).
  2. To provide you with support and to respond to your inquiries. If you share your personal information (including your name and contact information) to ask a question about our services, we will use that personal information to investigate your concerns, respond to your inquiries and to monitor.
  3. To monitor aggregated metrics such as total number of users, traffic, and demographic patterns. It is our legitimate interest to make aggregated analytics of our audience as it helps us understand our business metrics and improve our product.

You might provide your age or gender identification when you choose to generate profile via Website or App, which is used, to generate profile based on your particular preferences and information. It is our contractual obligation to ensure that we provide you with the requested service. This information is deleted after you cancel your subscription.

How Long We Keep Information For

  • We will never retain personal information for longer than it is necessary for the purposes we need to use it for. Normally we will retain your personal information, until you cancel your subscription or request us to delete your data. Discontinuing the usage of Website or uninstallation of App does not imply the deletion of your account and your data.
  • We may also retain personal information for as long as required by law or regulation or instruction of a relevant accreditation body.
  • Generally, in respect of personal information collected in the context of usage of Website or App, we will retain such personal information for the duration as long as necessary or a period of up to 12 months after discontinuing usage of Website or after the App is uninstalled in case such personal information is required for the exercise or defence of a legal claim during this period.
  • In event of User's request for delete, we remove personal information immediately except what is required by law or regulation or regulation or instruction of a relevant accreditation body.

We do not use photos for:

  • identification any individual User.
  • authentication, advertising, or marketing purposes, or to otherwise target a User in a similar manner.
  • building a User profile, or otherwise attempt, facilitate, or encourage third parties to identify anonymous Users or reconstruct User profiles based on photos provided by you.

Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Information

We may share your information at your direction or as described below at the time of sharing.

  • Third-Party Service Providers. We may share your information with Third-Party Service Providers that support us in delivering the Website or App Services to our Users. We may disclose personal information to our third-party payment processors who perform services for us in connection with the product, or to complete or confirm a transaction or series of transactions that you conduct with us. Also, in order to offer you chatbot functionality, we might be using Chat GPT, OpenLLaMA or ChatLLaMa. We will be using this as base and train our models on top of it. Additionally, to monitor website performance and gather visitor insights, Google Analytics is employed.
  • Comply with the Law. We may disclose your information to courts, law enforcement or governmental authorities, or authorized third parties, if and to the extent we are required to do so by law, regulation, or legal process.
  • Business Transfers. If Website or App undertakes or is involved in any merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or insolvency event, then we may sell, transfer, or share some or all our assets, including your personal information.
